KUALA LUMPUR (March 15): UEM Sunrise Bhd has introduced "Happy+ Right Home. Right Now", a campaign that offers a one-stop easy ownership package aimed to assist homebuyers in their home purchasing process, according to a press statement dated March 14. 

“Our goal is to empower potential buyers with instant choices, helping them discover various financing solutions and help alleviate their financial burdens in owning their dream homes,” said UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong. 

According to the statement, the campaign will assist homebuyers with zero downpayment and subsidies such as sale and purchase agreement and loan legal fees, stamp duty and memorandum of transfer upon their home purchase. 

“We are optimistic about this programme, being the first property developer to partner with Allianz Partners for home assistance service. In this exclusive partnership, we are delighted to offer the first 1,000 homebuyers with a free one-year Home Assistance Service — at each UEM Sunrise property purchased,” Wong added. 

“Allianz Partners is honoured to collaborate with UEM Sunrise in providing end-to-end solutions to new homebuyers, making their journey simpler and stress-free,” Allianz Partners Malaysia chief executive officer Elias Wahidi said.

The participating projects are Kaia Heights, The MINH, The Connaught One, Residensi ZIG and Serene Heights Intrika in the Klang Valley; Senadi Hills 2B in Johor; and Forest Heights in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
