KUALA LUMPUR (March 3): KEB Group is launching Cove Residence in Melaka on March 9. The beachfront development has a gross development value of RM710 million, and aims to provide resort living at attainable pricing. The three-tower project is serviced by over an acre of facilities on the podium offering a swimming pool, a ship playground and places to relax. 

Speaking with City & Country in an exclusive interview, founder and managing director Datuk KC Lim and his son, director Vinson Lim, shared about the design and target market of this unique project.

“We target purchasers who intend to acquire the units for investment purposes or for use as a holiday home. Our design is akin to a resort, so people do feel they are on vacation,” says KC.

“We are trying to create something special. Regardless of whether you are a local or someone who travels to Melaka, when you are [at Cove Residence], you can enjoy it with your family,” says Vinson.

Cove Residence is just next to the Encore Melaka performance theatre, and is about 10 minutes from Melaka town.
