KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 19): TH Properties Sdn Bhd has launched two new projects in its 5,119-acre Bandar Enstek township in Negeri Sembilan named Pristine Premier and Riposo Biz Centre during its Karnival Hartanah Bandar Enstek event on Saturday (Feb 17), according to a press release on the same day.

The 5.89-acre Pristine Premier, which is the final phase of the township’s Pristine series, offers 51 double-storey terrace houses. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM19.18 million, the project features homes with land sizes of 20ft by 80ft, 22ft by 77ft and 22ft by 90ft, and built-up sizes of 1,662 sq ft to 1,829 sq ft. The selling prices start from RM571,295 to RM863,160.

In the press release, TH Properties head of operations Amri Shaari said, “The design concept and features built into these homes are in line with market demand. The previous three phases of the Pristine [series] were fully taken up and we expect this recent launch will also be well-received by our purchasers.”

Riposo Biz Centre, on the other hand, is spread across a 0.83-acre parcel and offers six double-storey shop offices with built-ups from 2,926 sq ft to 4,798 sq ft with selling prices starting from RM927,500 to RM1.571 million. The development has a GDV of RM6.582 million.

To date, TH Properties has completed and handed over 2,842 homes in Bandar Enstek since it was launched in 1999.
