KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 8): UEM Sunrise Bhd announced on Thursday that all 55 non-bumi units in Phase 2B of Senadi Hills in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, have been fully sold while the remaining 36 Bumiputera units have been 86% registered since its launch on Dec 18 last year.
As part of the larger 62.18-acre Senadi Hills mixed-use development in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, the 6.1-acre Phase 2B of Senadi Hills consists of 91 double-storey terrace homes with a typical lot size of 22ft by 70ft and a built-up size of 2,222 sq ft.
These homes come with four bedrooms and four bathrooms with a selling price starting from RM783,650 for the bumi lots. The phase is expected to be completed by December 2025.
In a statement dated Feb 8, UEM Sunrise chief executive officer Sufian Abdullah said, “We are happy that for Senadi Hills Phase 2B, there is stronger demand from a good mix of buyer profiles, signalling a shift from mainly local owner-occupier profiles before.
“Equipped with family-friendly facilities and green spaces for residents of all ages, Senadi Hills offers tranquillity and recreational experience exclusively for its residents. We emphasised an effective design rigour in developing products that best suit our customers’ profile and demographics," Sufian added.
Concurring with Sufian, UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong said, “Considering customers’ preferred elements in homes and embed them into our designs, we have seen good traction of non-Bumiputera lots (under Phase 2B) within this multi-generational landed product. The positive result shows a testament to our development quality, especially the NEST Series where we prioritise the family needs.”
The previous three phases of Senadi Hills — Phase 1A, 1B (both launched in 2020) and Phase 2A (launched in June 2023) — were fully taken-up.
Located in Iskandar Puteri and within close proximity to Singapore, Senadi Hills is accessible from the Kota Iskandar Highway, Jalan Ismail Sultan and the Iskandar Coastal Highway.
Meanwhile, the developer also revealed that to address the growing demand in Johor, a double-storey terrace development named Aspira Hills is poised to be launched in the second quarter of this year as part of an improved Gerbang Nusajaya masterplan. Moving forward, the developer will launch more freehold landed homes in Gerbang Nusajaya and Puteri Harbour.
