<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Baevinraj, 48, succeeds Jeefri Muhamad Yusup, who has retired, after holding the CEO post since 2020.&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing, Jentayu (formerly known as Ipmuda Bhd) said Jeefri, 58, holds 16.8 million shares or a 4% stake in the company.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Meanwhile, Baevinraj was appointed as the company’s independent non-executive director in July 2020. He was subsequently re-designated as the executive director in September 2023.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Jentayu’s share price closed up one sen or 0.77% to RM1.31, bringing the company a market capitalisation of RM550 million.</p></div>
