OIB Group chief marketing officer Beh Suan Sim said, “Myra Dahlia signifies more than a housing opportunity — it’s a catalyst for sustainable family development. We recognise the struggles of young couples balancing work and parenthood. This project aims to offer quality living spaces, fostering environments where parents can spend quality time with their children and build lasting memories right at home. This foundation enables families to grow and prosper for years to come.
Facilities include surau, BBQ pit, a teaching room with chalkboard wall, spaces for remote work, multipurpose room, gym, leisure pool, wading pool, herb garden, game zone and a multipurpose court. The property will also be gated-and-guarded, come with CCTV surveillance, as well as card access for the guardhouse, lobby and unit floors to ensure a safe environment.
“We believe that such facilities will appeal to young professionals and families with young children, especially those with children aged eight years and below, seeking a better quality of life. Myra Dahlia is the perfect choice for families envisioning a lasting fulfilling home in the heart of this thriving township," Beh said.
Myra Dahlia is located near the Salak Tinggi ERL station, Kota Warisan, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and klia2.
Other notable developments by OIB include Myra Impian in Nilai and Myra Cove in Cyberjaya. It has delivered more than 29,000 units with a GDV of RM4 billion.
