KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 5): NCT Group of Companies has received positive response from potential homebuyers with the launch of Precinct B in Batang Kali, Selangor.
In a statement on Tuesday, the developer said that coming on the heels of the Ion Belian Garden (IBG) project, Precinct B saw 92% of its units sold out within three hours of its launch.
NCT said the previously launched Precincts A, D and E also received an outstanding response from homebuyers, achieving 100% take-up rates.
Comprising 186 units of single-storey terrace houses, Precinct B of IBG is slated for completion in 2026.
The built-up area of Precinct B spans from 869 sq ft (square feet) to 919 sq ft, and the units are affordably priced, starting from RM350,000, featuring a land size of 20’ (feet) by 65’ and are of freehold status.
NCT Group founder and group managing director Datuk Sri Yap Ngan Choy said the overwhelming response, with close to 168 units booked upon the launch of Precinct B, clearly demonstrates the high value and desirability of this development, with a current take-up rate of 92%.
“The development is poised to enhance living standards in Batang Kali, and we are pleased to contribute to the development of this area,” he said.
Yap said the strategic location of the development near the Batang Kali and Rawang bypass, enhanced by proximity to key amenities and tourist attractions, continues to be a major draw for homeowners.
Other attractive features include a lake garden, tree houses, pavilion, lake view jogging track, wellness trail, great lawn, and perimetre landscape, he said.
