KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 18): Radium Development Bhd has announced the handover of keys to purchasers of its new development Vista Sentul, located at Jalan Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.

Spanning 2.38 acres of freehold land, the two-tower Vista Sentul houses a total of 705 serviced apartment units with built-up ranging from 689 to 1,216 sq ft. The units are priced from RM329,800 onwards. Vista Sentul has a gross development value of RM305.54 million.

Some of the facilities at the development include 24-hour security supported by CCTV surveillance and a facilities podium that houses an outdoor deck, a landscaped garden, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a children’s playscape, and multipurpose rooms. Additionally, the development also features electric vehicle charging stations.

Vista Sentul represents our dedication to providing the best possible living spaces for people living and working in Kuala Lumpur at competitive pricing,” said Radium group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong in a statement on Wednesday (Oct 18).
