KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 29): Phase 1 of Sime Darby Property Bhd's (SDP) Suasana Ainsdale achieved a 72% take-up since its official launch on Sept 23. According to a statement issued on Friday (Sept 29), 36 out of 50 units were taken-up.
With a gross development value of approximately RM30.2 million, SDP chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei emphasised the strategic location of the two-storey linked freehold landed homes. "Located amid the tranquillity of Bandar Ainsdale, Suasana Ainsdale is another initiative by Sime Darby Property to offer homebuyers an ideal balance between peace of mind and convenience."
The statement noted that Suasana Ainsdale homes have a roomy, adaptable open-plan layout which is easily customisable.
Further, the homes come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with built-up areas ranging from 1,756 to 2,002 sq ft and prices starting from RM619,888.
There are green parks situated within Phase 1 itself, other amenities include the 11-acre Bandar Ainsdale Lake Park nearby.
"Suasana Ainsdale is designed to be inclusive of the community, with easy access to essential amenities and facilities,” added Lai.
For security, a perimeter fencing and dedicated guardhouses have been installed to serve the existing and future phases of Suasana Ainsdale, the developer stated.
Residents also have access to the Seremban Gateway shopping mall and Seremban town, which is only 5km away, and to Kuala Lumpur via multiple major highways, including PLUS Expressway (via Exit 217 Bandar Ainsdale), Kajang-Seremban Highway (Lekas) and North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite Expressway).
