KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 7): G3 Global Bhd’s largest shareholders Datuk Khan Mohd Akram Khan and Datuk Wan Khalik Wan Muhammad have disposed of a 4.77% stake in the company via their investment vehicle.

According to a bourse filing on Thursday, the pair’s vehicle Global Man Capital Sdn Bhd disposed of the stake comprising 180 million shares on Tuesday.

The disposal slashed the pair’s stake in the company to 9.24% or 348.67 million shares.

Prior to the transaction, Khan and Wan Khalik were the largest shareholders of the company with a 14.01% stake in the company.

After the disposal, G3 Global’s largest shareholder is its executive director Datuk Seri Aminul Islam Abdul Nor with a 14.25% stake via Greenfield Hills Sdn Bhd, his spouse and son.

Shares in G3 Global ended unchanged at 2.5 sen, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM78.62 million.
