KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 22): SkyWorld Development Bhd’s SkySierra Residences received 86% in Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score and 92.63% Safety and Health Assessment in Construction (SHASSIC) score for its high-rise residential development in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur. It is also the highest score the company has received to date.

In a press statement dated Aug 22, the certification handover ceremony was held on Tuesday at SkySierra Residences, which is commonly known as The Valley Residences. 

“Through stringent processes and thorough inspections, we make sure to deliver homes that meet or surpass industry requirements and stand the test of time. This is a testament of our commitment to delivering high-quality homes to Malaysians. We will continue to innovate and push the boundaries of  design to provide our customers with the best homes possible,” said SkyWorld CEO Lee Chee Seng. 

Sited on 4.66-acre land in Setiawangsa with a gross development value of RM761 million, SkySierra Residences is a three-tower block and has a total 1,309 units with built-up ranging between 800 sq ft to 1,318 sq ft. It has achieved a 100% take-up rate.
