Sunway Property records RM1b bookings from Signature Series 2023 campaign

Sunway Serene in Petaling Jaya, a Signature Series 2023 campaign-featured project in the Klang Valley, is a family-centric lakefront development with an interactive water playground for residents among other facilities.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 7): Sunway Property, a property division of Sunway Bhd, announced that it had received RM1 billion in bookings from its Signature Series 2023 campaign held from April 1 to June 30 on Monday (Aug 7). This campaign was also held last year, and received RM800 million bookings.

This year's campaign features 17 projects spread across the Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang. The projects in the Klang Valley include Sunway Serene, Sunway Artessa, Sunway d’Hill, Sunway Velocity TWO, Sunway Belfield, Jernih Residence, Sunway Alishan Residences and Sunway Flora Residences. 

The Johor developments are Sakura Residences, Sunway Citrine Residences, Sunway Emerald Residence, Sunway Lenang Heights, Sunway GRID Residence and Sunway Aviana. Projects in Ipoh include Sunway Onsen Suites and the soon-to-be launched Sunway Bayu, while in Penang, there is Sunway Dora. 

In a press statement, Sunway Property chief brand and marketing officer Gerard Yuen stated that the reason behind the success of the campaign is the homebuyers' support for Sunway Design and Development Architecture (SDDA) design philosophy.

"We will continue to deliver value by ensuring that every Signature Home we create includes the highest standards of sustainability, innovation, health and wellness, and lifestyle and new experiences, allowing communities to continue to thrive and grow. In conjunction with our 50th anniversary celebration next year, we are looking forward to launching an even bigger campaign which homebuyers can look forward to," Yuen added. 

The key aspect of the Signature Series 2023 campaign is the automatic inclusion of new homebuyers into Sunway Property MCD Community membership. MCD stands for Master Community Developer. 

This membership grants homebuyers access to an array of curated post-sales services, including Rent+, which is a rent credit programme, Care+, which is a home care service that includes cleaning, and Reward+, which refers to other lifestyle rewards from Sunway's ecosystem.
