<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>In a bourse filing on Friday (Aug 4), the group said it has been awarded two contracts from Sungai Udang Port Sdn Bhd (SUPSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MISC Maritime Services Sdn Bhd via a letter of award dated July 27, 2023.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Under the contracts, EA Technique is responsible for the provision and operation of one unit 25-tonne bollard pull utility tug and one unit 40-tonne bollard pull utility tug.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The contracts' tenure is two years, with an option to extend by another one year upon expiry of the initial term, to be exercised at SUPSB’s discretion.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>EA Technique’s share price closed up one sen or 5.56% at 19 sen on Friday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM101 million.</div>
