ISKANDAR PUTERI (Aug 3): UEM Sunrise Bhd announced that all 44 non-numi units in Phase 2A of Senadi Hills in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, have been fully sold since its official launch on June 18. 

The freehold Senadi Hills Phase 2A consists of 75 double-storey terraced houses with a typical lot size of 22ft by 70 ft and unit built-up of 2,197 sq ft. These units come with four bedrooms and four bathrooms and were priced from RM843,000. It is slated for completion by 2Q2025. 

As part of the larger 62.18 acres Senadi Hills guarded mixed-use development, Phase 2A has a wide range of common facilities such as wheelchair-friendly green spaces, a 2.5km jogging track, a children’s playground, an outdoor gym, a mini tai chi area, as well as a neighbourhood commercial square called Senadi Square. 

Previous phases, namely Phases 1A and 1B, have been fully sold since their launches in 2020, with Phase 1A having commenced vacant possession in October 2022 and Phase 1B in January 2023.

“We are excited to announce that the non-bumiputera lots [of Phase 2A] within this multi-generational landed product are 100% sold out, with the bumiputera lots fully registered. We have also seen that Senadi Hills Phase 2A has a good mix of purchasers, most of whom are locals from the nearby catchment areas and are 87% owner-occupiers versus 13% who bought the residence as investments,” said UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong in a press statement issued on Thursday (Aug 3). 

Senadi Hills is easily accessible from Lebuh Kota Iskandar and Jalan Ismail Sultan in Johor. The development is also within proximity to other mature townships, such as Bukit Indah, Horizon Hills and Nusa Bestari, with an array of shopping centres, healthcare faciities, educational institutions and leisure amenities within a 10km radius.
