PETALING JAYA (July 17): A new business hub in the 863-acre township of Tropicana Aman in Teluk Panglima Garang, tentatively known as Umara, has been fully sold.
This 13.5-acre business hub, with a gross development value of RM264 million, offers 100 two- and three-storey shopoffices in nine blocks. With built-ups from 3,360 to 8,133 sq ft, the units are available in five layouts. The lots are sized from 24ft by 70ft to 37ft by 90ft.
Selected units will be furnished with double-volume ceilings and dual frontage. The shopoffices are priced from RM1.97 million.
Marking its milestone, Tropicana Corporation Bhd officially opened the new Tropicana Aman Property Gallery at the Tropicana Aman Recreational Hub.
Its executive director, marketing & sales and business development Ixora Ang said: “As a community builder, Tropicana understands the importance of fostering a self-sustaining township with complementary commercial spaces to drive growth, expansion and footfall. The new business hub follows in the footsteps of earlier successful launches in Tropicana Aman such as Triana and Sinaria, and its success speaks to how these offerings have enriched [the area's] outlook with vibrant tenant mixes, placing everything within reach for residents and visitors."
Tropicana Aman features an 85-acre central park, which serves as a green lung with abundant recreational spaces and lakeside pavilions.
In addition, the township is close to two educational institutions, namely the Tenby International School and SJKC Bukit Fraser. It is also accessible via highways such as the North-South Expressway Central Link, South Klang Valley Expressway, Shah-Alam Expressway and Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway.
