<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>KUALA LUMPUR (July 14): Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd has won a RM47.21 million sub-contract to build a water treatment plant and upgrade a water distribution system in Gua Musang, Kelantan.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the treated water supplier said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd, was awarded the job by Pembinaan Era Dinamik Sdn Bhd.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The scope of work includes the construction of a raw water intake station, sedimentation tank, filtration plant, treated water pumping station and administration building.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The subsidiary will also work on a new access road to the raw water intake system and upgrade the access road to the existing Bukit Chupak Reservoir.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The construction work is set to be complete by May 28, 2024, said Puncak Niaga.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Puncak Niaga shares closed one sen or 3.64% lower at 26.5 sen, valuing the company at RM116.58 million.</div>
