Trinity Group Sdn Bhd is looking to launch its latest project — the RM450 million Trinity Elita in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong — this month, according to its founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat.

The transit-oriented development, which sits on a 2.4-acre piece of freehold land in Bandar Kinrara 5, is near the Kinrara BK5 LRT station. It will offer 535 serviced apartment units in two blocks, of which about 15% are affordable homes.

The open market units come in six sizes, ranging from 739 to 1,184 sq ft, and are priced from RM531,000. The layouts are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; three bedrooms and two bathrooms; 3+1 bedrooms and three bathrooms; and four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each unit will come with one or two parking bays.

The layout with 3+1 bedrooms and three bathrooms has 1,124 sq ft in a dual-key layout.

“It is a good location as it is next to many shops. It is located 450m from the LRT station, so we will build a covered walkway. Trinity Elita is also near many amenities such as Pavilion Bukit Jalil, international schools and hospitals,” Neoh says in a recent interview with City & Country.

“There are two key features in this project: It is a pet-friendly development and the design theme is Peranakan. Post-pandemic, we see people spending more time at home and starting to have pets but many condominiums don’t allow pets ... this is the market need we found. Of course, for Trinity Elita, only pets of certain sizes are allowed. Pets of bigger sizes are not allowed, and [exotic] pets like iguanas and snakes are not allowed.”

He explains that the terms for keeping pets in the development will follow the guidelines of Subang Jaya City Council and will be put in the deed of mutual agreement. In line with its pet-friendly theme, there will be a total of 11,000 sq ft of pet-friendly areas in Trinity Elita.

“Many pet owners are now more educated in cleaning up after their pets in public spaces … their awareness is better now. Many projects overseas are like that so we should go in this direction. A lot of owners don’t mind other neighbours having pets but they don’t want the pets to be a nuisance,” he adds.

Besides the pet-friendly gardens, Trinity Elita’s facilities include a gourmet kitchen, dining deck, 50m infinity pool, gymnasium, co-working space, picnic area, barbecue area, community kitchen garden and yoga deck at Levels 9, 20, 30 and the rooftop.

Trinity Elita also sets itself apart with its Peranakan design. Neoh says the theme was selected because of its rich design and cultural significance.

The development will be launched over two phases. Phase 1 was soft launched in May and some 60% of the units have been booked, he says. “We target youngsters due to the offerings and shops nearby. We are confident in selling out this project because we are familiar with the locality and the people there know us. We fully-sold our projects there in six months and we believe in our product offering.”
