KUALA LUMPUR (MAY 8): Setia Awan Group has announced the commencement of sales of SOHO Suites 2 (SS2), the latest addition to its transit-oriented development (TOD) Astrum Ampang in Kuala Lumpur.
According to a press statement on Monday (May 8), SS2 will consist of 664 units with built-ups from 450 sq ft, priced from RM472,000 each. All the units, featuring a 17ft high ceiling, are estimated to be completed by 3Q2027. Each unit will come with at least one parking bay.

Astrum Ampang offers a wide variety of facilities, including a gymnasium, four swimming pools, an antioxidant room, a children’s playground and an outdoor theatre. There are also 27 commercial outlets on the ground floor to provide daily conveniences to the residents. Also, the newly completed Datum Mall is located just beside Astrum Ampang.
Astrum Ampang is within walking distance to the Jelatek LRT Station, and there is a proposed covered pedestrian bridge linking the development to the station. Apart from that, the development also enjoys interconnectivity via various highways and expressways such as the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke) 1, Middle Ring Road 2 and Setiawangsa–Pantai Expressway (previously known as Duke 3).
Anticipating positive welcome of SS2, Setia Awan has also opened registration of interests for the next phase of Astrum Ampang, which is a 468-unit serviced apartment development with built-ups sized from 570 to 1,030 sq ft and priced from RM637,000.
