KUALA LUMPUR (April 23): A decade after the 2,620-acre Kwasa Damansara development was announced, it is finally coming to fruition with the completion of Menara KWSP last year and several launches slated for this year. Datuk Adenan Md Yusof, managing director of landowner Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, said that the estimated gross development value of Kwasa Damansara is RM50 billion to RM60 billion. 

The township will see more activity by the middle of this year when developers start launching their projects, he said. Its partner developers at Kwasa Damansara include MRCB Land Sdn Bhd, Gagasan Nadi Cergas Bhd, Gadang Holdings Bhd, TSR Capital Bhd, YTL Corp Bhd, Impiana Land & Development Sdn Bhd and Exsim Group.
