Sitting on the last parcel of freehold land measuring 3.36 acres in Taman Megah, the 39-storey Megah Rise was launched in end-2017 and comprises 228 residential units, with eight units per floor.

The low-density property offers seven versatile layout types with built-ups of up to 1,747 sq ft and eight penthouse units, with the price starting from RM1,080 psf.

All the residential units come with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms; air-conditioning units for the living and dining areas as well as the bedrooms; and water heaters.
