Kuala Lumpur (Aug 27) – Ninetology Marketing Sdn Bhd will be announcing its “intention” to take over ACE Market listed Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, according to a press statement issued by its PR consultant Esente Communications.
Esente said late Monday Sean Ng, Chief Executive Officer of Ninetology, will be meeting the press on Thursday at Ninetology office in Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park to announce the company’s intention.
Ninetology is an ASEAN mobile device technology company with a global brand presence and standards of international quality, the statement said. It has been in the industry for a decade with accumulated expertise and innovation in driving versatile IT systems with diverse front-end and back-end integration.
Ingenuity Solutions Berhad, which has been in the limelight recently for sudden surge in its share price and corporate announcements, saw its share price jump to 44.5 sen from 13.5 sen over the past 10 trading days since August 9.
