<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, IOI Properties said Yoke Har was responsible for supporting, managing and implementing the group's sales and marketing strategies.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>She also oversaw product design development, sustainability, corporate communication, information technology digitalisation transformation and risk management functions.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The 51-year-old joined IOI Group as a legal executive in 1996 and was subsequently transferred to the property division to take charge of implementing the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) quality management systems.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>She has since held various positions in IOI Properties and was promoted to senior general manager, marketing and business development in 2010, before her appointment as an executive director in 2017.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of IOI Properties gained 1.5 sen or 1.55% to 98.5 sen on Wednesday (June 29), giving it a market capitalisation of RM5.42 billion.</p></div>
