In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Astro said the redesignation is intended to better reflect Rohana's role and responsibilities in the Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad group of companies.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Rohana, a founding member of Astro group since she joined the company in 1995, was appointed as Astro CEO on April 1, 2011. 
 
According to Astro’s annual report 2015, prior to her appointment as CEO, she was group chief financial officer at Astro All Asia Networks Ltd, where she was instrumental in AAAN’s listing on the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in 2003.</div>
