KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 2): Sarawak-based oil and gas company Ocean Vantage Bhd (KL:OVH) saw 97.93 million shares, or a 23.32% stake change hands on Monday afternoon in a direct business transaction.

Some 12.55 million shares in Apex Equity Holdings Bhd, representing a 6.19% stake in the stockbroking firm, were traded off-market on Friday (Dec 9),

Bloomberg data showed that the shares were sold in three tranches for RM15.57 million or RM1.24 per share. The price represented a premium of 5.08% over Apex Equity’s last closing price of RM1.18 in the open market.

Tanco Holdings Bhd's Warrants C (2022/2025), which were listed in September, saw 123 million warrants — representing a 13.93% stake — traded in an off-market transaction on Friday (Nov 11).

This is more than 90 times its open market trading volume of 13.59 million warrants for the day.

Nova MSC Bhd saw 47.79 million shares, representing a 4.06% stake, transacted off-market on Friday (Nov 11).

Engtex Group Bhd saw 26.66 million of its warrants B (warrants 2021/2026) that were listed in September last year, representing 24.44% of the total warrants B issued, traded in off-market trades on Thursday (Nov 10).

Bloomberg data showed that the pipe manufacturer's warrants crossed at 1.5 sen apiece or a total of RM399,830, a discount of 90.91% from the warrants’ closing price of 16.5 sen apiece.

EP Manufacturing Bhd saw 4.55% of its shares traded off-market on Thursday (Nov 10).

According to Bloomberg, 10.03 million of the auto parts maker’s shares were traded in two tranches at RM1 per share. The transacted price represents a 4.76% discount over the stock’s closing price of RM1.05.

The identities of those who participated in the trades are currently unknown.

EP Manufacturing sees 4.55% stake traded off-market

Ireka Corp Bhd, which announced a slew of new contracts amid shareholder changes in recent months, saw some 21.61 million shares traded off-market, representing some 9% in the construction firm.

The shares were traded in five blocks of between 2.34 million shares and 6.5 million shares at 67 sen per share, for a total of RM14.48 million.

KUALA LUMPUR (March 10): Property developer Jiankun International Bhd saw 9.89 million shares, representing a 5.93% stake, in the company, crossed off-market today.

According to Bloomberg data tracking trade of 300,000 shares or more, the shares were transacted in three blocks.

The transacted price is an 11.36% premium to the stock's last closing price of 22 sen. It is not immediately known as to whom the parties involved in the transaction are
