Initiated in 2011, Kwasa Land’s flagship master-planned township, Kwasa Damansara, is set to complete its first two residential developments by year-end as construction gains momentum.
While overall development progresses, Kwasa Land is seeking to convert portions of its commercial land zoning to introduce more residential projects.
On the infrastructure front, construction of a bridge connecting the township across Jalan Sungai Buloh is slated to begin within the next one to two years.
