Two new initiatives have been launched at KLIA in a bid to regain top tier global rankings. They are the STARDesk feedback platform which aims to address passenger feedback within 15 minutes, and the EZBagz kiosks for quicker check-ins for baggage. For the time being, EZBagz is only available for domestic flights by Malaysia Airlines.
