WANT TO GO ON a holiday but need to save up to purchase your dream home? What if you could be the new owner of a property and be in the running to win an all-expenses-paid trip to watch the 2026 Fifa World Cup?

UDA Holdings Bhd’s bold new UDA Signature Dreams Campaign involves over 800 carefully selected homes in prime Klang Valley locales and prizes totalling RM250,000. Running until Dec 31, 2025, the campaign is aligned with UDA’s vision to unlock the potential of home ownership for more people — especially bumiputera buyers — while reinforcing UDA’s reputation as a builder you can trust.

“Owning a home is more than just a financial decision. It is where life begins, where families grow and where memories are made. It is about belonging and security. That is why this campaign is so special to us, because it is about making the dream of home ownership more accessible, especially for young families and professionals in the city,” said UDA president & CEO Johari Shukri Jamil at the launch of the campaign on Sept 22.

The UDA Signature Dreams Campaign also saw the signing of a strategic collaboration with interior design firm Nai BNB who will be responsible for the design of the sales gallery at Residensi Bangsar 38 for two years

He added that the campaign isn’t just another property sale; it is aligned with the government’s vision of wider home ownership opportunities, especially in urban hubs, and a more inclusive and competitive property sector.

“This approach is also in line with UDA’s L.I.F.E. guiding principle: Legacy, Integrated, Finesse and Enrich. These values remind us that we are not just building bricks and mortar; it is about strengthening communities, supporting aspirations and creating spaces that enrich lives,” Johari emphasised.

Under this campaign, purchasers will enjoy low booking fees, waivers of SPA (sale and purchase agreement) fees and stamp duty, and home furnishing packages for eligible units. All purchasers will also be eligible for the lucky draw, where top prizes include 2026 World Cup tickets (flight plus lodging) worth up to RM150,000, as well as home appliances and furniture worth up to RM100,000.

FOUR DISTINCT PROPERTIES CATERED FOR ALL WALKS OF LIFE

Under this campaign, UDA is showcasing four distinct developments, each specifically chosen to fulfil different lifestyles and investment goals:

  • RESIDENSI AKASIA RAYA: Priced from RM300,000, units have a built-up of 810 sq ft. To be located on Jalan Loke Yew, the homes will be an ideal choice for first-time homebuyers and small families who are looking for affordability without sacrificing location. The project is slated for completion in 2029.
  • DEDAUN RESIDENSI: Priced from RM506,000, these apartments in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Cheras, boast exclusive living spaces, premium amenities and stylish interiors. This 37-storey apartment block features a large podium with a car park, shop lots and a kindergarten, all geared for families looking for modern design and integrated community living. Units have built-ups of 850 sq ft or 1,160 sq ft. The project is slated for completion in 2027.
  • RESIDENSI 38 BANGSAR: From studios to spacious three-bedroom units for families, Residensi 38 Bangsar caters to those who value both individuality and functionality with first-class amenities and facilities. With built-ups ranging from 720 sq ft to 1,442 sq ft, the units are priced from RM955,000.
  • LEGASI KAMPONG BHARU: A premier residential development located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, it offers 1,907 sq ft units with a dual-key concept, perfect for personal residential or rental opportunities. Located just 50m from the Kampung Baru LRT station, the project provides seamless connectivity to major destinations like the Saloma Link, KL Tower, KLCC, KL Sentral and Bukit Bintang. Units here are priced from RM1.5 million.

From starter homes to prestigious addresses, there’s something for every stage of life or investment plan under UDA’s Signature Dreams Campaign. As all these projects are in sought-after Klang Valley spots, discerning purchasers will recognise the potential for capital growth and rental demand in the long run. As units are being quickly snapped up, do not miss this golden chance to call one of these units your own.
