Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (KL:MATRIX) is ending the year on a high note with the launch of its ONEFest Celebration, a multi-festive campaign designed to reward homebuyers, strengthen customer engagement and accelerate sales across its southern, Negeri Sembilan and Klang Valley developments.
This campaign unites the joy of Christmas, the prosperity of Chinese New Year and the togetherness of Hari Raya Aidilfitri into one continuous celebration of rewards similar to the Malaysian multiracial spirit of living in harmony. As such, the campaign introduces some of Matrix Concepts’ most comprehensive incentives to date.
The incentives combine financial benefits, lifestyle rewards, loyalty programmes and community-driven engagement mechanisms, structured to appeal to a wide spectrum of buyers, including first-time homeowners, multi-generational families and repeat purchasers.
Matrix ONEFest Celebration presents a robust range of perks aimed at lowering entry costs and enriching the homeowner experience. Among the most attractive offerings is the waiver of fees for loans, sale and purchase agreements, memorandums of transfer and memorandums of charge, for selected projects.
In addition, purchasers of eligible homes will receive a complimentary one-year broadband subscription. The developer is also offering a complimentary membership to d’Tempat Country Club in Bandar Sri Sendayan, redeemable for up to five terms. This premium lifestyle privilege grants access to recreational amenities, fitness facilities and family-friendly spaces.
For its esteemed purchasers, Matrix Concepts has expanded its family loyalty programme. Existing purchasers who buy another property during the Matrix ONEFest Celebration period will enjoy loyalty rewards, while immediate family members — including parents, children and siblings — are also eligible for the same reward even if they are first-time Matrix buyers.
The developer states that the expanded eligibility encourages multi-generational families to buy within the same communities, strengthening neighbourhood continuity and deepening long-term brand loyalty.
Besides that, the buyer-get-buyer incentive adds another layer of engagement. Under this scheme, an existing purchaser who successfully refers a new buyer receives a reward, while the new purchaser enjoys a matching reward.
To make the homebuying experience even more exciting, selected participating projects also qualify for festive rewards of up to RM100,000.
Purchasers can also participate in the “Lucky Spin — Wheel of Rewards” to win prizes worth up to RM500,000 such as an iPhone 17 Pro Max, four-door fridge, smart TV, foot massagers and many more.
The ONEFest Celebration covers a curated selection of Matrix Concepts’ residential projects. Among them is Suria Heights in Bandar Sri Sendayan, an enclave featuring semi-detached, cluster and link homes designed with smart home features and sustainable elements. The development is complemented by a 4.6-acre lake park and outdoor lifestyle facilities.
Suria Heights offers cluster homes with a land size of 35ft by 70ft and built-up of 2,862 sq ft as well as semi-detached homes with a land size of 38ft by 85ft and built-up of 3,426 sq ft. The cluster homes offer smart home features while the semi-detached units come with electric vehicle (EV) charging point isolators, solar water heaters and double volume living spaces.
Also participating is Bayu Sutera 4A3 (Elonia III) in Bandar Sri Sendayan, a collection of 20ft by 70ft double-storey terraced homes with a built-up of 2,315 sq ft. Situated on elevated land, this project is equipped with smart home systems and seamlessly connected to retail, education and outdoor amenities. The homes are designed with open layouts and spacious interiors suitable for growing families.
In the Klang Valley, Levia Residence in Cheras offers two apartment towers comprising 778 units that have built-ups ranging from 938 to 1,364 sq ft. Keeping up with the latest trends, the development offers EV fast-charging stations, a smart concierge kiosk, premium shuttle service and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered CCTV surveillance, making it one of the first of its kind in Cheras.
Down south, the developer offers Ember 2 @ Impiana Damai in Bandar Seri Impian in Kluang, Johor Bahru. The project consists of two-storey terraced houses with land areas of 22ft by 75ft and 22ft by 90ft and a built-up of 1,813 sq ft. A development that has it all, Ember 2 is gated and guarded and features a one-acre exclusive community park. Each unit is equipped with smart home features and has an extra 20ft of backyard land for kitchen and garden extensions. Its location is another added advantage with nearby commercial hubs — Impiana Avenue and Impian Square — offering all the conveniences.
Beyond homebuyer incentives, Matrix Concepts is enhancing the festive atmosphere with a public Christmas celebration at d’Tempat Country Club on Dec 20, 21, 27 and 28 from 5pm to 10pm. This year’s theme, “Capy’s Christmas Choco Town”, invites visitors into a whimsical, storytelling-inspired world where a capybara embarks on a magical journey into a chocolate-themed town.
The venue will be filled with chocolate-inspired décor, character installations and festive visual elements for photo opportunities and family enjoyment. Alongside the thematic showcase, visitors can look forward to a range of workshops, stage performances and hands-on activities suited for all ages.
There will be a grand launching ceremony on Dec 20, coupled with a mesmerising fireworks show, to kick-start the festive event. On the same day and the following one, be prepared to meet real-life capybaras. To make the festive spirit even more lively, a snowfall session will bring visitors into a winter wonderland.
The developer says the celebrations are positioned not only as entertainment but also as an opportunity for prospective homeowners to explore the township environment and engage with the community.
