Temasya Prisma is poised to be an icon that elevates the lifestyle in the township of TemasyaGlenmarie. Meanwhile, the 570-acre TemasyaGlenmarie has emerged as a premium and popular address in Shah Alam, Selangor. Formerly known as Temasya Industrial Park, it is well connected to other parts of Shah Alam as well as Subang Jaya and Ara Damansara, and linked to major thoroughfares such as the Federal Highway, Kesas Highway, SPRINT Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang.

For those who prefer to travel via public transport, fret not. The CGC-Glenmarie light rail transit (LRT) station — on the line that connects Bandar Utama and Klang — is nearby.

The township is also a stone’s throw from various amenities such as shopping destinations, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, a mosque and a golf club.

Temasya Prisma will be the first integrated serviced apartment in TemasyaGlenmarie.

The development will have an eye-catching façade that reflects its name, “Prisma”. It will have a prismatic façade with a modern architectural design.

Launched in December 2022, Temasya Prisma has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM256.88 million. The selling price of its units starts from RM532,000. The development is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.

There are three layout designs to choose from, namely Prisma Premier, Prisma Deluxe and Prisma Supreme.

The 678-sq-ft Prisma Premier will have 1+1 bedroom, one bathroom and a balcony. Prisma Deluxe will have a built-up of 904 sq ft and offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two lanais accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Meanwhile, Prisma Supreme will be the most spacious among the three layouts at 1,098 sq ft, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a balcony accessible from the master bedroom and the living room.

“The serviced apartments will be served by a dedicated level, which is Level 6, equipped with full-fledged facilities and landscaping, creating a space for its residents to unwind,” says Zaini.

Furthermore, they will not need to drive out to get their daily necessities. The lifestyle mall, located on the ground and first floors, will cater for their needs, offering food and beverage options as well as groceries and entertainment. Security is paramount; as such, there will be dedicated entry points for the residential and commercial components.

“Temasya Prisma is unique for it will be the first integrated serviced apartment directly connected to a lifestyle mall called Temasya Prisma Galleria in TemasyaGlenmarie. Residents will have direct access to the mall,” Zaini points out.

Temasya Prisma Galleria will be the focal hub of TemasyaGlenmarie, becoming a one-stop centre that serves the needs of the entire township.

S P Setia plans to launch another 4,099 residential apartments, 44 affordable commercial units and 49 commercial/industrial properties on the remaining 65.05 acres in TemasyaGlenmarie. With a total GDV of RM2.81 billion, the township is expected to be fully completed by 2036.
