<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Following the disposal, Wan Azmi is left with a 43.75% stake in Rohas Tecnic, comprising a 10.59% direct stake and 33.16% indirect stake — held by wife Puan Sri Nik Anida Nik Manshor — in the steel tower fabricator.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Wan Azmi was responsible for injecting Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd, which he took private in 2007, into Tecnic Group Bhd in a reverse takeover which subsequently saw the merged entity take up its present name when the exercise was completed in March 2017.</p></div>
