KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 21): UEM Sunrise Bhd has launched its latest offering, Allevia, a high-rise condominium in Mont’Kiara on Oct 20.
UEM Sunrise COO (central) Liong Kok Kit said in a press release: “Mont’Kiara is still very much a preferred address with its excellent amenities, high-net-worth community and proximity to the city centre. Developments with an expansive square footage and privileged privacy of just four units per floor will always be in demand as a prime investment. With homes being redefined with the prolonged movement control order (MCO), the need for versatile and quiet spaces has never been more sought after.”
Sitting on a 2.94-acre land, Allevia has a gross development value of RM545.9 million. Due to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, the freehold development will comprise two 43-storey towers with a total of 294 units. The units will range from 1,703 to 2,634 sq ft (limited to four units per floor). Prices start from RM1.54 million (RM907 psf).
Liong added: “We have reached out to potential customers and have recorded keen interest with many enquiries, even from our existing customer base as we preview this new and exclusive 'bungalow in the sky'. In fact, we received 600 enquiries in just one week after we opened up for registration.”
The units will have living and dining areas and a dry kitchen in an open-plan configuration with sweeping views of the Mont’Kiara skyline. The development will feature a 0.9-acre facilities deck with a lap pool, open lawn, children’s wet and dry play areas and a barbecue area, among others. The development will also provide a touchless button lift system, a cycling studio together with a rooftop gym and private lounge.
Allevia has walkable access to prime business and educational landmarks such as Plaza Mont’Kiara, 163 Retail Park, Arcoris Mont’Kiara, 1 Mont’Kiara, and Mont’Kiara International School and Garden International School.
