KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has launched the Residensi Solaris Parq serviced apartments, the first phase of its RM3 billion mixed-development Solaris Parq.

Comprising serviced apartments in two towers at 288 units per tower, Residensi Solaris Parq is expected to be completed in 2022 and marks the first development phase of Solaris Parq, with retail, suites and office components to come in the second development phase. 

There are five different built-ups in Residensi Solaris Parq, ranging from 721 sq ft to 2,469 sq ft, with the selling price ranging from RM873,800 to RM2,968,800. 

With a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM755 million, Residensi Solaris Parq is designed to showcase a harmonious blend of nature and luxury, and is set to “enhance the attractiveness of Mont’ Kiara and Dutamas as a destination to live in, given its wide array of work and lifestyle offerings”.

Featuring over 30 lifestyle amenities and cutting-edge facilities for its residents to enjoy, Residensi Solaris Parq will also be home to a two-acre (0.81ha) urban park comprising four thematically landscaped zones: Grassland (for weekend fiesta and garden events); Play Yard (with designer-crafted playground equipment); Flower Sea (for quiet reflection and inspiration) and Forest Atrium (tranquil space to cherish the wellness of nature).

“Residensi Solaris Parq is a prelude of what is to come for the overall development of Solaris Parq. We are working to not only deliver quality developments which many will be proud to call home, but we want to go beyond that to create sustainable communities,” UEM Sunrise’s managing director and chief executive officer Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said.

Located beside UEM Sunrise’s creative retail subsidiary, Publika Shopping Gallery, the overall Solaris Parq development will sit on a 18.76-acre freehold land within the Dutamas enclave, and will consist of four components — Residensi, Galleria, Suites and Office — which will be launched in two phases. Solaris Parq is expected to replicate and complement the success of Solaris Dutamas.
