PETALING JAYA (June 8): Tropicana Corp Bhd, together with its subsidiary Tropicana Gardens Mall, announced that its Multi-Million Mania campaign will be extended until June 17 due to overwhelming requests and responses. The campaign was first launched in January and has attracted hundreds of participating property seekers and shoppers. There is also a grand prize of an Edelweiss Small Office Flexible Office (SOFO) unit at Tropicana Gardens in Tropicana Indah.

In a statement, Tropicana's managing director of marketing and sales division, Joanne Lee said: “Malaysia is on track for recovery, where residential property volume and value transactions are up 3.9% and 16.7%, and shoppers are more eager to shop and dine out again. We introduced this campaign as a way of giving back to our property purchasers and retail customers, and as a timely measure, in line with this demand.”

Property seekers will be entitled to 10 entries in its exciting live Grand Draw, which will be held at Tropicana Gardens Mall on July 6, for every purchase of any Tropicana properties during the campaign period.

The Multi-Million Mania campaign also extends to Tropicana Gardens Mall shoppers, who are eligible for daily prizes, as well as the Grand Draw. Each purchase of RM100 and more in up to two daily from selected outlets entitles shoppers to a token and one stamp on an entry card for the Grand Draw. Each token allows participation in a draw for vouchers issued by selected outlets, while 10 stamps on an entry card entitle participants to one entry in the Grand Draw.

As for the Grand Prize, a unit at Edelweiss SOFO offers a contemporary office space. It is part of the developer’s 17.6-acre Tropicana Gardens integrated development, offering 397 SOFO units with built-ups of up to 858 sq ft. Edelweiss SOFO features open and flexible layouts that can be easily converted into a beauty or day care centres, or art studios.

“Together with our Power Up campaign, the Multi-Million Mania campaign has received total bookings of more than RM459 million. Synergising the group’s engagement efforts across its property and retail divisions, the campaign underscores the company’s continuing commitment to ‘Redefining the Art of Living in all we do’”, Lee said.
