KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 21): Boutique property developer Trinity Group has achieved a 95% take-up rate for Trinity Pentamont in Mont’Kiara and is well ahead of the projected completion in 2022. Launched in 2018, the 41-storey freehold condominium project comprises 330 penthouse-styled units and has a gross development value of RM503 million.

“I would like to sincerely thank purchasers of Trinity Pentamont for the overwhelming reception that we have received towards this project,” said Trinity’s founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat in a press statement.

Ninety per cent of units at Trinity Pentamont, whose name is a portmanteau of “penthouse” and “Mont’Kiara”, have built-ups ranging from 2,057 to 4,115 sq ft, and unit prices start from RM650 psf. 

According to Trinity, the developer will also provide free upgrades to selected features within the development in response to the global pandemic with contactless technology, including elevators with “gesture feature” — which incorporates infrared technology to allow users to call elevators and select their desired floor by waving their hands without any physical contact.

Trinity Pentamont is located along Jalan Kiara 5 and has dual entry and exit access via both Jalan Kiara 5 and Jalan Kiara 3. It is also connected to the PLUS Highway, Sprint Highway and the Jalan Duta–Sungai Buloh highway. Amenities in the immediate vicinity include international schools, F&B outlets, healthcare facilities and shopping centres, as well as a myriad of other conveniences within a 3km radius.
