KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 3): Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Bhd has promoted its chief operating officer (COO) Ong Wei Kuan to deputy managing director of the company from Monday (Oct 3).

Apart from that, the logistic service provider told Bursa Malaysia that it has also promoted Wei Kuan’s sister Christina Ong Chu Voon to COO.

Wei Kuan joined the board as an executive director of the company in 2011, while Chu Voon joined the board as an executive director in 2020.

Their parents are Tiong Nam's managing director and founder Ong Yoong Nyock and executive director Yong Kwee Lian.

Shares of Tiong Nam slipped one sen or 2.5% to 58.5 sen on Monday, valuing the group at RM308.78 million.
