TA Global Bhd’s two-tower Ativo Suites — the second residential development within its Damansara Avenue project in Bandar Sri Damansara — has seen a combined take-up of 80% since its launch in 3Q2017.

Tower B, which was previewed in the second to third quarter last year, is 95% sold, while Tower A, which was opened for sale during the official launch this year, is 65% sold.

“The response has been very encouraging thus far despite the soft property market and Ativo Suites’ high selling price. It is the highest benchmark in its location. We are very happy that the product is well received by the public,” says general manager Lee Yen Foong.

“The positive response indicates that people are taking note of the exceptional quality we offer, especially in the materials we use and the branded fittings and appliances we are providing. Many can also see the long-term potential of this project through the overall master plan that we have carved out.”

Damansara Avenue, as the first transit-oriented master plan development in Bandar Sri Damansara with good connectivity to multiple major highways, gives TA Global an edge, says Lee.

Ativo Suites comprises a total of 668 serviced apartments and has a gross development value of

RM550 million. The units, with built-ups ranging from 499 to 1,498 sq ft, are selling for RM481,800 to RM1.519 million.

All units will come with air conditioning, wardrobes, fully fitted kitchen with electrical appliances and cabinets, fully fitted bathroom with quality sanitary wares, storage water heater, digital door lock, luxury finishing and an integrated smart home system.

Residents will enjoy 50 facilities and amenities, among which are two swimming pools, Jacuzzi pods, a sky bar, signature kitchen, gym and theatre room. There will be about 53,000 sq ft of facilities spread over five different levels.

Construction started in June 2017 and is expected to be completed in the middle of 2021.

Ativo Suites is part of the 48-acre Damansara Avenue, which has a total GDV of RM7.6 billion. It will comprise residential, retail, commercial, office and hotel components, a sports complex, a convention hall and a performing arts centre.

Damansara Avenue was first launched in 2010 and revamped when it was announced that a mass rapid transit station — part of MRT Line 2 — would be located opposite the development. The new master plan was unveiled last year.

Lee says TA Global is in the advanced stage of planning for the next phase of Damansara Avenue — Ativo Annexe, a 15-acre mixed-use development that will feature a mall, office towers, residential towers, a college, a medical centre as well as senior living apartments. It will be connected to the upcoming Sri Damansara East MRT station via a pedestrian link bridge.

“We are very excited about this project and strongly believe in its potential to add value to the overall master plan,” says Lee.
