PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd continued to enjoy strong demand for its products with recent launches over the weekend, hitting take-up rates of up to 63%.
The recent launch of the first 120 units of Ferrea 22’x70’ and 22’x75’ double-storey, linked homes in Denai Alam achieved a 63% take- up rate with homes priced from RM760,888, while Liana, comprising only 72 units of 30’x100’ double-storey, super-linked homes, priced from RM1.12 million at Elmina Gardens attained a 40% take-up rate. Both products are strategically located in the City of Elmina township near Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
In a statement, Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Seri Amrin Awaluddin said: “We stay true to our strategy of offering the right products at the right time to fulfil the needs of our purchasers.
“The good take-up rate for Ferrea and Liana signifies the strong demand for landed properties in Denai Alam and Elmina Gardens in the City of Elmina township.
