<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>“All transactions relating to the Companies Act 2016, Registration of Business Act 1956 as well as Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012, will be granted a two-week moratorium period after the Movement Control Order is lifted.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>“During the moratorium period all late submissions will be granted exemption,” it added.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>SSM said companies wishing to file for extensions in holding their annual general meetings would be allowed to do so after the control period.</div>
