SGX issues Trek 2000 notice of compliance stripping Tan and Foo of appointments

SINGAPORE (April 26): Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) on Thursday issued Trek 2000 International with a notice of compliance, stripping two top management executives of their appointments in the company with immediate effect.
They are founder CEO and chairman Henn Tan, and Foo Kok Wah who is president of operations, sales and customised solutions division.
In addition, SGX RegCo has also banned Tan and Foo, plus another two former directors cum executive directors, from holding similar appointments in other Singapore-listed companies for a period of...(click on link for full story on theedgesingapore.com)
