Malaysian listed property developer S P Setia (below) is launching its new high-rise condominium Setia Sky 88 in Johor Bahru and Singapore over the Sept 1 weekend. The 588-unit freehold Setia Sky 88 will be the tallest condo development in Iskandar Malaysia, with twin 55-storey towers soaring 600ft and located on a 4.5-acre site. It’s located in the city centre, a two-minute drive from the Malaysian customs on the Singapore-Johor Causeway.

The development comprises a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments. Prices range from RM500,000 ($200,258) for a 517 sq ft, onebedroom unit to RM1.2 million for a 1,389 sq ft, three-bedroom unit. The Singapore launch of Setia Sky 88 will take place at the Raffles City Convention Centre, Level 4, Minto Room.
