Scintronix Corporation says wholly-owned subsidiary, Scintronix Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. has entered into a supply agreement with Martinplast S.P.A. of Italy.

Under the terms of the agreement, Scintronix Manufacturing will manufacture and deliver various plastic automotive parts to Martinplast for use in their assembly to supply to the Fiat Group and other European Automotive makers. Scintronix did not mention how much the deal was worth.

Production has commenced in Scintronix’s manufacturing plants in China and the deal is expected to have a material impact to the earnings of the Scintronix Group in the current year.

Scintronix Manufacturing says it is also working with Martinplast to provide co-design services to Fiat Group and other European Automotive Makers.
