“We are glad that we acted promptly and moved our booking processes online when we were faced with the challenge of travel restrictions. Garciae’s and Validum’s success highlights the importance of digitalisation, which may be the new normal for the property industry moving forward,” he added.

Setia Alam hosted its first online booking for the Plenum two-storey terraced homes in March this year, which were also fully taken up in an hour.

The Validum two-storey terraced units priced from RM790,000.

“We have continued to attract homebuyers with our self-sufficient township that has strategic connectivity, well-planned neighbourhoods surrounded by green areas and ample lifestyle amenities. These factors are what attract first-time homeowners and upgraders from not only immediate surrounding areas such as Klang, Meru, Kapar and Bukit Tinggi, but also further populated areas of Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang and Puchong.”

S P Setia has a remaining land bank of 352.81 acres (142.78 hectares) in Setia Alam. The next project to be unveiled is Musika, a 22ft by 75ft two-storey terraced home project located next to the Setia Alam Central Park. A new project, Setia Alaman, which is located next to Setia Alam, is also in the plan for the developer.
