PETALING JAYA (March 13): S P Setia Bhd will launch Vallaris eco homes this weekend at its Setia Eco Gardens township in Johor Bahru.
The green township is located near the Singapore Second Link Expressway. Almost 14% of the land area in Setia Eco Gardens is reserved as green zones.
Located within a tranquil, idyllic rainforest setting, the Vallaris eco-homes will be surrounded by lush greenery.
“We are looking forward to the launch of Vallaris as we have been receiving many enquiries since the start of the year for the double-storey terraced eco homes.
“We hope to emulate the success that we had with the recent launch of Elata Nova at Setia Tropika which was well-received by home purchasers,” said general manager for S P Setia (Property South) Zulfakar Abdullah in a statement.
Launched last Saturday (March 10), the Elata Nova terraced homes at Setia Tropika, another one of the developer’s townships in Johor Bahru, recorded a take-up rate of close to 90%, with homebuyers queuing up at the sales gallery a day before the launch. (Read story here)
Zulfakar added that the unit selection process for Vallaris will open at this weekend’s preview where the first 50 homebuyers are eligible for a special early bird discount.
Located in the Eco Village 2 precinct, the Vallaris collection will comprise 188 units of 20ft x70ft with a built-up of 1,801 sq ft. Prices will start from RM649,000.
“We are confident that the project will be well-received by discerning purchasers as Setia Eco Gardens is an award-winning development that is internationally recognised.
“We are especially proud of the 28-acre Town Park here that was inspired by the site’s undulating terrain and natural river contour, as well as the greenery of the surrounding forest.
“The eco concept is predicated on a deep and proactive respect for nature, which includes restoration and nurturing of the indigenous flora and fauna. It offers more than the common recreational facilities found in other parks,” added Zulfakar.
Setia Eco Gardens has won numerous awards for its innovative eco concept, architecture and landscaping, including the international FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award twice — Best Master Plan Development and Best Purpose-Built/Specialised Project categories.
The township is 20 minutes away from Johor Bahru city centre via the Coastal Highway and Pontian Link. Getting to the Senai International Airport also takes about 20 minutes via the North-South Highway.
