KUALA LUMPUR (May 9): RHB Bank Bhd has enhanced its digital rewards programme feature to enable customers to accumulate and redeem their points through a centralised platform when they save, spend, transact, or invest with the bank.
In a statement on Monday (May 9), the bank said these transactions include daily credit and debit card purchases, deposit accounts, its Joy@Work salary account or fixed deposit account openings, investment transactions, life insurance, as well as mortgage and hire purchase loans.
RHB Bank managing director of group community banking Jeffrey Ng said customers can manage and keep track of their rewards by simply accessing the new digital rewards dashboard.
He said new and existing customers are also given offers and are open to win up to 10 million loyalty points, until the end of next month.
“This is on top of our RHB Day flash deals that take place every 26th of the month, where customers are rewarded even more with up to 30,000 loyalty points from a variety of transactions with the bank.
“We will also be revealing new flash deals soon through our Facebook page and corporate website,” Ng added.
The enhanced digital RHB Rewards programme feature is currently available on its RHB Internet Banking and RHB Mobile Banking App.
