KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd will host a preview and unit selection for three of its developments — M Centura, M Vista, and Meridin East — at their respective show galleries tomorrow and on Sunday.
The preview is in line with the group’s “Reinvent Affordability” campaign which aims to reinvent what it means to be affordable by providing homes with superior product specifications at a price point many can actually afford, Mah Sing said in a statement yesterday.
M Centura, a freehold residential development, will be available for preview at its sales gallery in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. It has a starting indicative price of RM328,000 or monthly instalments for as low as RM1,500.
Mah Sing said interested guests can select their preferred units this weekend and be entitled to early-bird privileges.
“Guests can also visit the two fully furnished show units ready for viewing; 650 sq ft residential unit with two bedrooms and an 854 sq ft residential unit with three bedrooms, as well as visualise the completed integrated development of M Centura with the scale model at the M Centura Sales Gallery, Sentul,” the group added.
Mah Sing is also showcasing M Vista, its latest affordably priced freehold residential development priced from RM345,800 at Southbay Sales Gallery in Batu Maung, Penang.
“We are very excited to preview and start the unit selection for M Vista as this is our first project preview in Penang for this year,” said group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum. “In fact, we are giving away early-bird privileges to buyers who select their preferred units with us this weekend.”
“With this affordable pricing point, we have garnered more than 2,000 registrations of interest and we expect more positive responses during our preview,” added Leong.
The 23-storey residential development features five types of built-ups from 536 sq ft (studio unit) to 1,022 sq ft with three bedrooms each.
The third development available for unit selection, Fern (Phase 2) at the Meridin East in Pasir Gudang, Johor, will also be held this weekend ahead of the official launch on Nov 11.
It comprises freehold double-storey homes with indicative built-ups starting from 1,622 sq ft and a starting indicative price of RM410,550.
Meridin East is Mah Sing’s largest township in terms of acreage with a total of 1,313 acres (531.35ha). The group has recently been awarded with a RM50 million contract to build a connecting road to the Tanjung Langsat — Cahaya Baru Toll Connecting Highway, which forms part of the Senai Desaru Expressway, in order to increase accessibility to the Meridin East township.
