SINGAPORE (Feb 24): PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) has secured long-term charters for five vessels to the Middle East worth in total of about $119.5 million.
In one contract, POSH will supply four new utility vessels to a Saudi Arabian national oil and gas major, primarily to support its offshore maintenance work in the Persian Gulf.
The vessels will commence their charter progressively from the first quarter of 2017 for five years, with options to extend, says POSH.
The operator of offshore support vessels expects to deliver the first three vessels in the first half of 2017, while the fourth will be delivered in June the same year.
Meanwhile, under the second contract secured from a Qatari client, POSH will supply a vessel for charter, for five years starting from the first quarter of 2016.
Shares of POSH ended flat at 29 cents.
