PMO names new Petronas CFO, three board additions

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 5): The Prime Minister's Office announced today that PriceWaterhouseCoopers partner Tengku Muhammad Taufik Tengku Aziz will be Petronas' new chief financial officer, replacing Datuk Manharlal Ratilal.
Tengku Muhammad will also be joining Petronas' board of directors, together with Ministry of Finance's Treasury deputy secretary-general Datuk Siti Zauyah Md Desa, and the Economic Affairs Ministry's macroeconomy division director, Zakiah Jaafar.
The appointments will take effect on Oct 15, the PMO said in a statement today.
