KUALA LUMPUR (July 10): Construction and development company outfit Orangebeam Bhd has secured a contract to the tune of RM204.8 million from Trinity Infra & Buildings Contractor Sdn Bhd to develop its latest 42-storey Trinity Pentamont project at Mont Kiara.
In a statement today, Orangebeam said the latest win contributed to its outstanding construction order book that currently stands at RM1.29 billion.
The firm said the new state-of-the-art 330-unit condominium boasts a penthouse luxury living experience with a grand lobby that offers full-service concierge, cosy facilities built for ultimate relaxation and high-end amenities for residents looking to entertain guests in style.
Orangebeam group chief executive officer Datuk Faris Yahaya said the appointment to carry out the project was a mark of its competitiveness as a forward-looking company with niche offerings.
"It is also a grand testimonial of the quality of work that we have delivered [to] our clients and partners across our 30 years in the construction industry.
"The project will take 32 months to complete and encompasses an extensive scope of work, including one resident block of 330 units as well as levels of residential facilities, podium, car park and basement," he said.
Faris said the construction work for Trinity Pentamont commenced on July 1, 2019 and is set for completion by February 2022.
