<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Nexgram said Syed Omar, 48, has more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate world and commercial business.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He was a senior business development manager at Federal Furniture Holdings (M) Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He was also an executive director of Cahaya Pedoman Sdn Bhd, a construction and interior design company with development projects that include Pudu Sentral bus station, Kenanga International Central office and Swiss Garden Hotel Group.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Syed Omar was also a special executive officer at UDA Holdings Bhd, assisting the chief executive director of UDA on various development projects from 2008 until 2010.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a separate filing, Nexgram said executive director How Han Lun had resigned from the board effective yesterday to focus on projects and operations of the company. He was appointed to the board in September 2014.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to Nexgram’s annual report 2015, How was also the general manager responsible for the group’s property division.</p></div>
