It is near several amenities such as shopping malls (Shaftsbury Square and Suria Mall Putrajaya) and healthcare facilities (Hospital Pakar An-Nur Hasanah and Serdang Hospital).

General manager Wendy Lim observes that homebuyers ultimately want homes that they find comfortable living in, and it is the developer’s responsibility to understand them to develop the right products. Myra Saujana is part of the HouzKey scheme with Maybank.

“As the recent pandemic has made homeownership even more challenging over the past year, a home is still a basic necessity in a balanced and fulfilling life. By innovating spaces that are spacious and flexible to address the new stay-at-home lifestyle, while also providing financing solutions, we hope to ease the home buying journey of potential homeowners,” she said.
